Is there a HIPAA BAA?
Enterprise plans include a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Note that Chaplain XT is designed to avoid PHI entirely, but we provide the BAA for institutional compliance requirements.
What counts as an encounter?
Each logged patient interaction counts as one encounter. Starting a round does not count. You can log as many notes per encounter as needed.
